Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to physical product orders placed through MenuPro — specifically custom-printed QR code stickers and NFC + QR code stickers. All orders are fulfilled directly by MenuPro from the Kingdom of Bahrain and shipped internationally.

1. Physical Products — QR & NFC Stickers

Custom-Printed Products

MenuPro offers custom-printed QR code stickers and NFC + QR code stickers as physical add-on products. Each order is printed specifically for your restaurant with your logo and QR code.

Order Fulfilment

All sticker orders are fulfilled directly by MenuPro from the Kingdom of Bahrain. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed and your logo file has been received. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Coverage & Fees

International Shipping

We ship sticker orders internationally to most countries worldwide. There are no geographic restrictions on where we can ship, subject to applicable export regulations.

Flat Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of $10.00 USD applies to all sticker orders, regardless of destination country or order quantity. This fee is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Future Rate Changes

Country-based or weight-based shipping rates may be introduced in the future as we expand our fulfilment capabilities. Customers will be notified of any such changes before they take effect, and existing orders will not be affected.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated Delivery

Sticker orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days from the date of order confirmation. This estimate covers production time and international transit.

Delays

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local customs processing, public holidays, and courier availability. MenuPro is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

4. Customs & Import Duties

Recipient Responsibility

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

No Control Over Customs

MenuPro has no control over customs charges and cannot predict their amount. If you are unsure about applicable duties in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

5. Returns & Refunds for Physical Products

No Returns or Exchanges

Because all stickers are custom-printed specifically for each client with their logo and QR code, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Defect Exceptions

We will replace or refund an order only in the event of a verified defect — specifically: an incorrect QR code that does not link to your menu, a logo placement error, or an NFC chip that does not function. To be eligible, you must notify us at hello@menupro.ai within 3 days of receiving and inspecting the item, with photographic evidence of the defect. Requests submitted after this 3-day window will not be accepted.

Refund Method

Approved replacements or refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
